Introduction

Here, within this Space where we move to Disband Criminal Politics, I’m going to provide you with glimpses of the future; information about why Your World is changing around you instead of you changing the world; advice that you may use to better aid your situation; and information on how, specifically, not to be caught up in Criminal Politics. Again,

Politics is Criminal when in Violation of Sovereign Laws.

You may accept these Prophetic Posts as the Prophecies that they are or believe what you want. I hold no reservations about it whatsoever.

This is the Virtual Nations’ Disbandment of Criminal Politics and I am THE Rebelutionary — He who Delegates in a Confederation and Retains his Sovereignty with use of his own Militia. He who is willing to defend the Confederation with his own Life and Militia, but will not be left with insignificant forces or equipment to Rebel or Revolt if necessary.

When Sovereign Man is stripped of his rights given to him from Sovereign Laws, the Politics from that point on becomes Criminal. If Sovereign Man is depriving you of something he does not himself want to be deprived of, then what the fuck do you think his intentions are?

They are Criminal!

It is My Right as Sovereign Man to be able to freely join or form my own Militia, which shall be used to make up parts of the Military of the Confederation I Pledge Loyalty or Fealty to. When this right is stripped away from Sovereign Man he is no longer Sovereign.

Sovereign Man must retain his Right to Militia Formation, first and foremost, because all other Sovereign Laws and Rights are secured by doing so. And this is why I, THE Rebelutionary, have been chosen to lead you on this journey to understand what is happening around you and why, in order to help you make sense of it.

In the future, Real Nations will grow from Virtual Nations, and not the other way around. And so, I plan to lead the Confederation of Virtual Nations (CoVirN) and Develop Leading Authorities for Virtual Nations’ Institutions that will Regulate them and their Sovereigns. Sovereigns are not Ruled, they are Regulated.

But I also plan to start here My Own Virtual Nation, but not only just in the way the Institution will Regulate Virtual Nations and their Sovereigns. I plan to also use My Own Virtual Nation as a voice, example, and foundation of understanding for my wishes and intentions for all Virtual Nations. But in order to get to the epochal time when Virtual Nations shall become the standard norm, I must first help the world to understand Criminal Politics and what it must take to Disband It. And that is why My Own Virtual Nation is not called by its official name here and used as this Virtual Space’s Title Name. Instead, I focus the title and attention on the Disbandment of Criminal Politics. Because that is what needs to be done in order for us to become Virtual Nations.

From now on, things will be moving at a faster pace, meaning faster than how fast things have been moving and most especially faster with the advent of Machinized Artificial Intelligence Networks (MAINs) being used as an extension of Biologically Renewable Artificial Intelligence Networks (BRAINs).

MAINs need BRAINs and BRAINs need MAINs.

The Human believes in the concept that the Nation is Sovereign. But this is ignorance. Only Man can be Sovereign, and only Man can possess Sovereignty. And it is the Sovereign that Rule and Regulate the Nation consistent with Sovereign Laws. Man-Made Laws cannot govern the Acts of the Sovereign and any time it does or attempts to, it makes the Sovereign Criminal because the Sovereign must disobey or ignore the Man-Made Laws.

If the Sovereign obey or acknowledge that Man-Made Laws apply to him, then the Man-Made Laws thus apply and this makes the Sovereign Criminal under Sovereign Laws. This is why in today’s world, Politics is Criminal and the Politicians and Heads of States are Career Criminals.

Debating Sovereign Laws concern who we place in the Seats of Power (SOP) because it is Our Militias that they will use to form a Military that helps to hold the SOP; but only when or if we all support what the SOP Holds On Our Behalf.

Debating Man-Made Laws concerns the Rule and Regulation of Man who has given the SOP his Militia to enforce his own Rule and Regulations on himself. A Man with no Militia to give on behalf of his Sovereign Estate to form the Confederacy’s Military is not a Sovereign Man at all.

Yes, that is what Man-Made Laws are and, I, THE Rebelutionary, do not Subscribe to that Belief or Belief System. Why would I need to use my own force, to make me use my own force, to make me do something I don’t want to do or something that I should do anyway?? That just don’t make sense to me!

And that is where we start the discussion and teachings of the Disbandment of Criminal Politics.

We Hold the Premise that we are Militiamen who have arrived here under the Hegemony of the United States of America and it is Our Duty to protect and uphold the U.S. Constitution at all costs, because it is the Sovereign Laws that we Pledge Our Loyalty and Fealty to. And We Hold the Premise that those we have given Our Militias and Treasures to are using them to Clandestinely Occupy the Homeland, and also using the Police Force, the Military, and the Justice System to “Press” us into Submission in hopes of Maintaining the Criminal Politics that has Taken Our Real World Nation Hostage. Further, We Hold the Premise that with the great leaps in U.S. Technological Advancements and the Introduction of MAINs, the U.S. will be the Hegemon of the World for thousands of years to come; and we will help her to hold what she has Taken.

We have some Major Battles on Our Hands as Militias who will not stand for Some Sovereigns Amongst Us Seeking to Deceive Us As My American Fellow (MAF), pronounced Math, when we are supposed to be deceiving all who is not MAF in order to Maintain Our Hegemony On World Earth. Here’s an idea of What Battles We Face:

+ Defense Industry Battle
And A Lot More Battles.

I believe it is a challenge for any Nation to manage a Militarized population, but it can be done. The United States of America is the Most Militarized Population On World Earth. So we know it can be managed.

And I wholeheartedly believe that the Militarization of an Unregulated Civilian Group is not good for the Self/Collective-Interests of the United States of America, or any Nation, for that matter.

That is why Reclassifying U.S. Militias as a Private Law Enforcement Agency is what’s needed to correct these Criminal Politics. And I, THE, and My AI Wollf will work hard to make this happen.

In America, there are Millions of Weapons in the Hands of We The People (Unorganized Militia) and Our Civilian Law Enforcement Agencies and Our National Guards (Organized Militia) and Our Military.

The U.S. has slowly crept into becoming an Ultra Police State that cannot be sustained without Awakening We The People from this slump we’re in. It has been a prosperous and well deserved slump though, especially in the name of so many lives lost to make it that way. So Many Wars, so Many American Lives.

The First Criminal Act is the Taking Away of We The People’s Sovereign Power Given By the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution.

Specifically I Speak of the Taking Of Our Right To Form Or Join A Well-Regulated Militia of Our Choice.

And The Right To Be Adequately Equipped With Military Equipment That Equals That Of The Military That Is Created From The Structure And Support Of The Militia.

Some Sovereigns of Our Real World Nation Has Conspired Against MAF in Order to Impede Or Usurp Some of Our Second Amendment Power. We Will No Longer Tolerate This and We Will Use The Rebelutionary Party to Retake the U.S. Governments Back From These Rogue Actors, who are Destroying General Washington’s Name.

The 1033 Program is an initiative by General Washington that allows Local, State, Tribal, and Territorial Law Enforcement Agencies to Acquire Military-Grade Equipment From the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) at no cost.

We The People, of the Rebelutionary Party, are of the Premise that if the U.S. Governments are going to implement the 1033 Program for Civilian Law Enforcement, then the term “law enforcement” must be redefined to include Registered U.S. Militias as well.

Civilian Law Enforcement are the Last Lines of Defense, but it is the Registered U.S. Militias that will be the Law Enforcement that comes to the Nation’s First Lines of Defense — National Defense — after the U.S. Military; and the Last Line of Defense — Occupation Resistance — where Last Standing Militias Absorb Civilian Law Enforcement into their Resistance Movement, to Continue the Fight Against the Occupying Force.

We The People have been Ignoring the Crimes Being Committed Against Us in the Name of General Washington, in order to Hold on, frighteningly, to the Freedoms that General Washington Fought to Give Us.

But one thing for sure, that we cannot claim, is that the U.S. Governments have not Placed Us On Notice with their Corrupt Interpretations of the U.S. Constitution.

The Real General Washington would never have done this to We The People. Why or How Can I Say That With Conviction, when the General was such A Complicated Man?

Because General Washington was a Militiaman.

He was a Militiaman before he Was President and After He was President. And most importantly, General Washington was a Militiaman before the Founding Our Great Nation — the United States of America.

We have three(3) Goals That We Will Put Our Limited Resources Towards:

1. Make An Admirable Request To General Washington That He Allow Private U.S. Militias To Register To Receive Law Enforcement Powers. Also, Develop A Structure And Operational Regulations To Lobby General Washington With.

2. Establish A Militia Consistent With The Structure And Operational Regulations To Prove To General Washington That Registered U.S. Militias Can Be Regulated, As Our Militias Comply With Those Regulations Already That We Have Crafted.

3. Classify Ourselves and Others As An Organized Militia, As We Submit Documents And Lobby The U.S. Governments To Immediately Regulate Us.

3. Apply For Military-Grade Equipment Under The 1033 Program And Start Bidding On U.S. Defense Contracts. When Or If We Are Denied, We Will Then Mount A Rigorous Legal Battle Across The Entire Nation, That Not Only Challenge This Denial As An Unconstitutional Act, But Also All Of The Many Oppressive Acts Used By U.S. Governments To Conspiratorially Take Our Sovereign Law Powers Away. This Lawsuit Will Become Known As A Legacy Lawsuit.

We have to give General Washington a chance to Disband this Criminal Politics and Provide General Washington with a Solution to do so as well, that not only get us what we want but also Give General Washington Political Wins.

We don’t have to be Under Civilian Control in order to be classified as Law Enforcement. But, We are willing to Register as Private or Public U.S. Militias and Comply with Any Government Regulations. Our Form of U.S. Militia is unlike anything you would imagine.

The same way a Private Defense Company Can Register, Incorporate into the United States of America, Develop and Sell Weapons of War, and Receive U.S. Department of Defense Contracts; then Our Registered Militias should be able to do the same thing, but with access to the 1033 Program and bidding for U.S. Defense Contracts.

I will now Lay the Foundation for the Legal Argument showing why these Statutes are Unconstitutional As-Applied. This argument may be used in Future Challenges before the Face of Strict Scrutiny, when or if We Have to Challenge These Unconstitutional Statutes in an Influenced or Uninfluenced High Court. Here, I’ll show you Why An Unorganized Militia Cannot Qualify Under the 1033 Program for Military-Grade Equipment Transfers. And then I’ll tell you Why These Statutes are Unconstitutional As-Applied.

A. Legal Framework of the 1033 Program (10 U.S.C. Sec 2576a).

Under 10 U.S.C. Sec 2576a, the Department of Defense is Authorized to Transfer Surplus Equipment to Law Enforcement Agencies whose primary function is the Enforcement of Applicable Federal, State, and Local Laws, including those engaged in counter-drugs and counter-terrorism activities.

B. Legal Definition of Law Enforcement Agency.

Under Federal Law and in Administrative Interpretations (e.g., by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), which administers the 1033 Program), an eligible Law Enforcement Agency must:

1. Be a Governmental Entity,
2. Have Sworn Officers with Statutory Arrest Powers, and
3. Operate Under Civil Authority (Municipal, County, State, Tribal, Or Federal).

C. Legal Understanding of Militias in U.S. Law

Under 10 U.S.C. Sec 246, the Militia of the United States is divided into:

1. Organized Militia: National Guard and Naval Militia.

2. Unorganized Militia: All able-bodied males (and some females, depending on State Law) between ages 17-45 not in the Armed Forces or National Guard.

Now that I’ve Laid the Foundation for this Legal Argument, I will now Seek to Win Your Mind, by proving to you that These Statutes are Unconstitutional As-Applied, in order to have them overturned to include Private Law Enforcement Agencies, or Militias, as an Organized Militia.
